Five coups make men far away from death of overwork

1.After waking up,still stay five minutes in the bed in the morning,

Morning wake up, we should first spend about five minutes ---take a deep breath, yawn, spread limbs, and then slowly sit up, dressing, get out of bed. If you stand up immediately after waking up,you will easily trigger a cardio-cerebral vascular diseases and even death caused by accidents.

2. Healthy drinking water

You'd better not drink these kinds of water:the water in a vacuum bottle for some days,repeatedly boiled water,stay in the tap for one night-"stagnant water" (which may contain a large number of legionella bacteria),the tea after one night.

3. Do not bath after drinking

Bath after drinking, the glucose storaged in the body will be consumed by physical activity,it causes a significant decline in sugar, at the same time, alcohol inhibit the normal activities of the liver,hinder the recovery of the glucose, together with the sweat during your bath,these reason will lead to inadequate of effective cycle of blood volume, leading to collapse at last.

4.The food should eat

Honey: every morning,eat a spoonful of honey with empty stomach ,honey is helpful for your internal organs,disinfect pains, insist to eat to prevent hardening of the arteries.

Garlic:it has a strong bactericidal and antibacterial activity, it has another name-"natural antibiotic".

Jujube: nutritious, rich in sugar, vitamins, minerals.

Ginger: ginger can promote blood circulation and help digestion.

Peanut: the human body contains a variety of amino acids, eat peanut helps improve memory.

5.Go to washroom as soon as you have urine

Not to suppress urine,which makes the whole body in a high tension, gastrointestinal nerve disorders temporarily, blood pressure increased significantly.

Not to hold in stool:excrete stool not timely, regularly,the water in stool will be absorbed,which causes the expansion of the rectum to stop arousing the requirements of the stool so that form a constipation.
